Should i say some people are just ungrateful for what they have in this world today??... Mostly in my lovely county, Malaysia....
This is a story of two teenage girls which me and my friend were trying to help... They however have some "colorful" background... One of them have been raped by three person who she called as "friends" and being living a problematic life since then....
While the other one coming from a good background of family... She have almost everything... Parent are entrepreneur... Not just a little one.... If i mention the name of her parent's company... Malaysia would recognize whose daughter this girl are....
Met them few months ago, during one of my asignment on problematic teenage girl who involved in prostitution, free sex and living wild as they may call it... Both of them live without fear of free sex as they call it freedom... Changing sex partner are common thing as they change their clothing....
During the interview... Found out both are below par of intelligent and neglected to continue study.... They decided not to study because they think they have no talent in education... Do we need one??.... Hmmm.... I keep on thinking about it since then....
Anyway... Its ok..... I did my job... Find out what they likes and dislikes.... After the interview... We commencing with the photoshoot... However i found both of them are good at giving poses and also have some good looks..... Which I think could be a leaping stone for them to change their life......
Thus i asked if they love to sing... Both of them answered with graciously that it is their hobby... Which they do go to karaoke session once in a while... They also perform in front of me... And they can sing... God knows after few session of vocal classes they could be better....
So... me and my partner suggested to them that we are interested to bring them for a vocal test with a musician cum lyricist cum producer.... And voice out to them.... They were glad to hear that and showing interest....
Months left... We (me and my partner) got busy.... But still arranging the time for them to have that vocal test..... Sadly... On 2nd day of Eid.... I got a call from one of the girl which also being interviewed with other two girls.... The two girls have been caught with the local Islamic Council for being khalwat (unmarried muslim girl and guy being together in a close proximity)...
I started to curse and spitting out foul words on that news..... What in the world are these two teenage girls been thinking??.... Aren't they supposed to take care of themselves and stay out of trouble??.... And now... They are awaiting trial for that incident....
Last night... one of the girl called me and begging me to continue bringing them for the vocal audition.... Apologized for what had happened.... Should i be helping them again??.... Keep on thinking.... Will they listen to me and my partner??... Will fame be any good to them??...
Still thinking.....
the short answer is NO. Imho.
