||| Walk of Faith - Fire Walking

Devotees of Nine Emperor Gods last night took a 'walk of faith' during a fire-walking ceremony at the Guan Yin Ting Dou Mu Gong Temple at Medan Melur Selatan.

60 of them walking barefooted over pile of burning charcoal while carrying idols of deities, all were unharmed during the ritual.

Fire-walking performed by devotees specially "chosen" by the deities during the nine-days Nine Emperor Gods or 'Kew Ong Yeah' Festival.
